  • Sober month ✔️

My relationship with alcohol is quite complicated. I have seen how it can destroy a human being but I have also seen how it can make people so loving and happy.

I used to be a big party girl when I turned 18 and it continued many years after that. And to be honest, even though there was a lot of parties, I wouldn’t change those years to anything.

But as we get older, we start thinking differently. The past years have changed me a lot and even though I still drink, there are also times I don’t want to.

Since 2021 I have started to explore the sober January. To give some space for myself and just try out how life, conversations, mornings and workouts feel without drinking.

And I think the best thing about being sober is that it’s so much easier to feel grounded.

I could talk about this topic forever but let’s just wrap it up for now. What’s your thoughts about sober (or dry) january? 🤍
  • The older I get the lazier I am at choosing photos to show how my year has passed. So here is a pic of me, wrapped in my favourite vintage trench coat.

Anyway, I wanted to come and say ”hi” to you, ”bye” to 2022 and ”welcome” to the year which is gonna start in just two days.

I had many goals for this year and I achieved most of them but I still think the most important thing I did this year was that I found some kind of peace. I learned how to accept, let go and be patient.

I think it’s such a cool feeling to feel calm. And that’s what I have felt this year, finally 🤍

How was your year my loves? ✨
  • A little getaway to Copenhagen with my 🤍

Over 5 years of exploring the world with him and I’m the happiest that I can create these memories with my favourite person.

By the way, I have been in Copenhagen only twice and it has really stolen my heart. It might be that we need to visit there again and again 🥹✨
  • Finland 🤍
  • “We travel…

For health.
For education.
To get away from things.
To realize the limitation of our own views.
To be able to improve conditions at home.
To appreciate the various kinds of beauty in the world.
To find our level internationally.
To have something to talk about.
To have something to look back upon.

And last, but not least, in order
to appreciate home.”

Sometimes I need to pinch myself when I think what kind of life I have created myself. It’s full of these amazing people and possibilities to see the world 🌎

Thank you London and Florence. ✨ And all the people who made this trip possible, fun and unforgettable. 🤍
  • One week vacation at home. Can not imagine any better place to disconnect and relax 🤍

Feeling grateful ✨
